We are absolutely buzzing to be hitting up Wing Fest Bristol next week. We’ll be treating guests to our famous Pig Wings, a favourite at our restaurant, Pigsty. Our wings will be coated in the smokey black treacle and apple BBQ sauce we use for our BBQ Pulled Pork & Ribs. Combined with the deep fried pork belly, these are bites of literal heaven.
