Turning around a Valentine’s burger special in 48 hours ? Victor, our Chef at Pigsty, came up with this burger yesterday. An hour later Tom, our Ops Manager, had named it – the Pork Mi, a valentines day special. Two hours later Harriet, our Marketing Assistant, had shot it & posted about it. It’s on the menu from tomorrow. Working in a small biz, you get a great idea and sometimes you have to snap into action to get it done in time. We’re proud of the whole team for working together on this one.
