We’re ending the year on a high after shooting our Pigsty Christmas menu ?
This year, it was all about Pigs in Blankets for us. We launched 2 new pigs in blankets. Our Black Treacle Bacon Pigs in Blankets were the only PIBS to take home stars at the Great Taste Awards. AND we published our first ever cookbook with Penguin – dedicated to the humble PIB!
We wanted to continue that theme over in our restaurant so our amazing chef worked with us to come up with some great ways to hero the pig in blanket, including crowning all burgers with them, trying a British spin on classic poutine (aka. PIBtine) and creating the epic Jolly Feast, with 3 PIBS inside and our Jolly Cow smash burgers.
