We had a pretty epic time last week visiting MEATOPIA (UK) LTD for a team trip ? Between the lot of us we’re fairly sure we managed to try everything at the event (and trust me, there was A LOT of epic food there).
As BBQ and food obsessives, it’s become an annual tradition to visit Meatopia, any meat lover’s heaven. We tried everything from some amazing jumbo ancho tiger prawns cooked direct on the fire to Dr pepper glazed chicken to grilled peach ice cream & gunpowder brisket loaded naan breads. It’s an amazing event to visit to stay up to date with food innovation & inspire ideas for next Summer’s NPD.
Aside from the mouth-watering food, a fair few amount of picklebacks were consumed and a few of the team managed to get up on stage and on the microphone. Cheers to our Dad, the original Hog Father, for driving the whole team back to Bristol in a mini bus after ?.
