A couple of weeks ago we escaped on a team trip to Suffolk ⁠?⁠ ⁠ We wanted the team to learn more about how beef goes from farm to fork so we visited Henstead Marsh Beef, a cattle small holding in Suffolk ran by Moss Spilling. ⁠ ⁠ These guys are doing cattle farming properly with a sustainable approach to replenishing the marshes with wild flowers and bees and looking after their cattle with high welfare standards. Also, their beef was bloody tasty!⁠
