As a business who make BBQ style slow cooked products, we always want to brush up on our BBQ skills and get a deeper understanding of what’s going on in the BBQ world, so of course, we all had to take part in a BBQ masterclass ? There’s no better person to teach us that then the BBQ legend himself Marcus Bawden, at his UK BBQ school. The whole team got stuck in at the school, learning how to cook with fire, tucking in to the steak sandwiches we’d BBQed, washing them down with a few beers and learning how to make our own rubs and marinades. A top team day out was finished with a family style lunch with Marcus, plus a few family feuds between Olly, Max and Josh over who got the best pieces of beef ? We’re looking forward to putting our new BBQ knowledge to use for our team lunches, social content, and for working on new BBQ product development for next Summer!
