• Roasted red peppers (or roast your own for 35 mins at 200 degrees)

• To begin this sausage sandwich recipe, start by cooking our high welfare outdoor bred sausages to your liking. We like grilling them or oven cooking them the best for crispy sausages.
• Next up, mix a tbsp of belazu roasted garlic hack with mayo. Keep trying and adjusting to make the homemade aioli recipe as punchy or as strong as you like it. You could also use home roasted garlic but we find this a lot easier and quicker, perfect for a quick sandwich recipe!
