Ingredients

• 1 pack of The Jolly Hog British Pork Cheeks with harissa

• 500g mashing potatoes 

• 150g butter 

• Splash of milk 

Method

Before you kick off this Pork Cheeks and mash recipe, begin by cooking our British Pork Cheeks according to pack instructions.

• Peel and chop the potatoes into small equal sized chunks 

• Heat a large pan of salted water and once boiling, add your potatoes 

• Simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft  

• Drain the potatoes then place back in the pan 

• Mash well. Add the butter and a splash of milk, mash to combine & season to taste 

• Plate the mashed potatoes with the pork cheeks & serve with your choice of green vegetables
