Last night we were back to one of our favourite traditions of the year, the restaurant Summer menu tasting ?
We love using our Bristol restaurant Pigsty as a place to trial our products in new ways and experiment with interesting flavours. Our Chefs Vic and Dan have smashed it this Spring, with trending ingredients like nduja mayo and chimichurri being used on the menu to compliment our award winning bacon, sausages and pulled pork.
We’ve still got room for one more pulled pork burger on the menu so hit us up with any ideas & we’ll give the winner their burger creation on the house.
