We had an absolute blast a couple of weeks back celebrating the launch of our Pigs In Blanket Cookbook! ?
We had a party with some of our nearest dearest, Hog HQ and Pigsty family, some fellow food lovers, our amazing Penguin Random House UK publisher, Elizabeth Bond, and of course, our Mum and Dad.
In true The Jolly Hog style the party was completely focused around delicious food, with our Pigsty chef Dan cooking up tasty mini versions of some of the recipes from the book – Pigs in Blankets bruschetta, tartiflette, sausage rolls & sushi, anyone?
Rozzie Batchelar also created one of the most beautiful cakes we’ve ever seen to mark the important day in hog history. And Oliver Kohn couldn’t resist getting behind the BBQ rig and firing up some pigs in blankets skewers.
