Our Black Treacle Bacon has officially launched on a restaurant menu (so of course Olly, Max and Josh visited to do some quality control) ? We’ve always believed our Black Treacle Bacon – the MVP of bacon – is the ultimate chef’s ingredient for a carbonara, so we were chuffed to be asked by local restaurant, Magari, to feature our bacon in theirs. With two great taste stars behind it, our black treacle cured bacon has a smokey bittersweet taste and is cut extra thick for that super premium touch and taste. It’s great to see it make the trip from supermarket shelves to restaurant menus! Top notch carbonara all around.
