We’ve got a new face in the office. Well, kind of new, ? Millie has been working for The Jolly Hog Group for the last year, being our superstar server at our Pigsty restaurant and at events. Millie’s going to be hanging up her snout and ears apron and swapping it for a laptop, joining our team as our new Marketing Assistant. She’s going to be helping us to land all of the epic campaigns we have planned, getting on the ground at our events, putting her Fine Art degree to use designing our menus and social assets and using her knowledge of the restaurant to run Pigsty’s social media. Aside from rocking it at our restaurant, Millie’s worked in Suffolk, her hometown, and just completed her art degree. She has a passion for all things creative and, of course, food, being a sucker in particular for sushi. In Millie’s first few days she’s already enjoyed a team lunch, took part in a panel test of our products, sent out boxes to influencers, reviewed our event set up for Glastonbury, designed a menu for our next event, got involved in a BBQ photo shoot AND created the content for our restaurant for the week.
