Meet Becky, our lovely Finance Assistant and Queen of office management. Becky joined us last year to help our Finance Director, Stu, with all things numbers. She looks after the day-to-day finances for our Bristol restaurant, Pigsty, our Bath Spa food kiosk, On the Trot, and other bits of our group. Part of her job is ensuring we all get paid (yay) and reconciling sales (which involves popping to events like Winter Wonderland for a reccy – and some food and a quick trip on a fairground ride of course). As well as crunching the numbers, Becky is the superstar behind ensuring we all have a constant supply of tea, coffee and other office supplies. I.e. we couldn’t live without her. Becky’s favourite product is our Jolly Cow Burgers (especially in a bacon and cheeseburger). She’s also been known to whip up a mean lunch with our burgers, making them into giant meatballs! Her favourite meal is any pasta dish with cheese – ‘carbs galore’ in her words. The best moment so far for Becky was our surprise day out with the team earlier this year. She blew us all away with her secret ninja netball skills and, as a big Bristol Bears fan, she was buzzing we all went to see a game together. View the rest of the team here!
