One of our favourite parts of having an events side of the business is being able to arrange activations and get on the ground talking and cooking with people! ? At IMG Winter Wonderland this Christmas, we teamed up with Kamado Joe UK Limited, and had their Fire Squad member ‘Jacks Meat Shack’ Jack R. down to host a live cooking demo on the Kamado Joe. Jack cooked up some epic roasted red pepper chimichurri burgers using our umami Jolly Cow Smash Burgers, and steak topped hot dogs with our sausages. After cooking the whole menu on the BBQ throughout the event, it was fun showing event visitors our BBQ prowess, and demonstrating new ways to enjoy our burgers and dogs. We just had to have a scrap with Josh over who got to eat the last burger!
