The Jolly Hog British Gooey Scotch Egg


I’m a Jolly Good Egg! To make our mouth watering egg, we start by poaching a British, free range egg so that the yolk stays soft, then we wrap the egg in our very own British, Outdoor Bred and RSPCA assured Proper Porker sausage meat. The Scotch egg is then hand coated in a wholegrain breadcrumb for a crunchy outside. And there you have it, The Jolly Good Egg.
