The sticky spicy and sweet honey goes amazingly with our peppery sausages so make for a great tasty sausage skewers for dinner, side dish for your Sunday Roast or tasty party food. Try these cocktail sausage skewers as a spicy and sweet alternative for your Bangers and Mash!

Ingredients

– 1 x The Jolly Hog Little Porker British Sausage Chipolatas
– Hot honey
– Olive oil

Method

– To start this super easy hot honey sausage recipe, take a pack of our Little Porker British Sausages. You can make them into full sized sausage skewers to cut out a step in the process. If so, just use two skewers instead of one, using a skewer on each end to go through multiple sausages.
– If you want to make the sausages into mini cocktail sausage skewers, pinch each sausage in the middle and twist it round on itself. This will turn the sausages into cocktail sausages, perfect for these mini sausage skewers.
– To make the tasty glaze, simply mix hot honey with olive oil. Pour over your sausages and tuck in.
