Honey and Mustard Glazed Dry Cured Ham
We all know honey and mustard goes excellently with pork – plus who doesn’t put mustard in their ham sarnie? We decided to take one of the best British flavour combinations – honey and mustard and make a ham that tasted of it. It’s a perfectly balanced, sweet and savoury masterpiece. Enjoyed added to a dish, or simply on its own, just watch out for fights ensuing over who gets the honey and mustard glaze!
