It was an absolute pleasure having a sunny tour around Charlie Bigham’s kitchen and quarry recently. It was so impressive to see how much love goes into each dish that comes out of their kitchen, and to meet their lovely staff. Charlie Bigham always challenges himself to asses his recipes and, if he can make them even 1% better, he tries to do it. That’s a mentality we massively respect and want to keep going in our own brand, weekly assessing our own sausages and bacon to see if they stand up to the market. And what a day for a visit! Looking forward to hopefully working together with this great man and business.
