Ingredients

• 1 pack of The Jolly Hog Double Smoked Black Treacle British Bacon
• Brussels sprouts
• Hot honey
• Sesame seeds
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper

Method

• Start this Brussels Sprouts recipe with bacon, by chopping our British bacon into thick slices.
• Next up, wash your sprouts and chop off the ends.
• Use a sharp knife to cut the sprouts into thin slices so they are almost shredded sprouts.
• Add them, with your bacon, to an oven tray with a generous glug of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a drizzle of hot honey. Stir to coat.
• Cook for 20 mins on 200, stirring halfway through.
