BBQ potato with bacon – BBQ recipes

Ingredients

• 1 pack of The Jolly Hog Double Smoked British Streaky Bacon​
• 1 pack of baby potatoes
• Olive oil​
• Grated cheddar
• Mozzarella
• Belazu Caramelised Onion Flavour Hack​ (Alternatively you can caramelise onions in the skillet before adding the potatoes)
• Belazu Green Chilli Flavour Hack (Optional. You can use fresh chilli or remove the chilli altogether if you don’t like spice!)
• Parsley (optional)

Method

• Start this BBQ potatoes recipe by boiling off your potatoes until tender. Drain them (you could always cheat by using pre-boiled potatoes to make this even easier!)
• Cook our British bacon on the BBQ until crispy then remove and chop, or snap, into shards.
• Chop the potatoes in half or in chunky slices.
• Add a generous glug of olive oil to the pan with the garlic and the chilli. Let that sizzle for a second and heat up.
• Add the potatoes with oil to the skillet and brown them.
• Add the mozzarella, cheddar and let that melt then top with the chopped parsley and chopped bacon. Tuck into the epic BBQ potato recipe!​
