A lunchtime learning about global food trends from an expert!

Last week we were lucky enough to have Professor David Hughes (Dr Food) visit Hog HQ to give us an incredible lunch and learn about food industry trends in the UK and in the world.

Whilst tucking into our team lunch – as an honorary Monday lunch attendant – David offered us so much insight into the most defining factors and forces in the food world at the moment, and looking forward into the next few years.
