A JOLLY GOOD ASIAN BURGER

Ingredients

– 4 Jolly Cow Smash Burgers patties
– 2 Seeded buns
– Gochujang mayo
– Pickled cabbage
– Pickled cucumber
– Sesame seeds
– Stokes Chilli Jam

Method

1. Fry your patties off in a dry pan on a medium heat. Our burgers are self-basting and will slowly release some of the bone marrow into the pan whilst cooking. That way, they fry in their own rich beefy juices.
2. For best results, fry your patties in a dry pan on a medium heat. Cook them for eight minutes in total, flipping every two minutes. Their thinner, wider shape allows the burgers to caramelise – tasty!
3. Now assemble your ingredients into the ULTIMATE burger!
