We had an absolutely glorious night last night hosting a Supper Club with Jimmy Garcia at his BBQ Club.
With the sun fully out, and the green eggs fired up on the guests tables, we spent the evening tucking into a 4 course meal featuring our award winning bacon, sausages and pulled pork, and chatting with other foodies about high welfare meat and cooking on fire at Jimmy Garcia BBQ Club.

It was epic to host our first supper club, especially in such an iconic venue as London’s Southbank, and seeing our Black Pudding Porker served up in the street food special was also a treat (as was taste testing one!). Let us know if you want to see a similar pop up soon…
