Taste has always been EVERYTHING to us. Because of that, we’re always looking for new ways to improve our product’s taste, but as well that, to improve our own sensory skills! We’ll hold our hands up and say there’s always more way to go to become true foodie connoisseurs! Last week Katy Pook arranged a day for us to develop our sensory skills, which involved lots of smelling and tasting (and food eating). We tested our new skills on ribs and chips for lunch (any excuse for food after all). Who knew there were so many technical terms to describe something tasting good?! Any other food businesses out there working on their sensory skills? Would thoroughly recommend giving it a go!
