And that’s a wrap!! Our first trip to Pub in the Park Festival with Tom Kerridge and our first EVER brand awareness event! Over the last week we: – Handed out a mental amount of pigs in blankets – 16,000 to be precise. – Watched Sister Sledge, Rag and Bone Man and McFly perform. – Lived off a diet of iced coffee and pigs in blankets. – Watched Josh get crowned as BBQ hero by Tom Kerridge in a last minute live cook off. – Took breaks in the freezer van to cool down from the heat. – Tried food from some award winning restaurants (we’ll be dreaming of Cue Point’s beef brisket nacos for a while) – Got to catch up with Michel Roux. – Had our amazing marketing team and Josh put in some seriously long shifts. – Set up our new branded activation space for the first time. Highs and lows aside, we were blown away with how many samples we were able to hand out and the great feedback we received. Being able to get in person, having chats to people about the brand and the product, is truly invaluable! Now ready for round 2 when we take Taste of London Festival in a couple of weeks time!
