One of our favourite things about our business is our events. The Jolly Hog started as primarily an events business (although I’m not sure you’d quite count us rolling up to stadium car parks with a gazebo, trying to shift sausages, as an event business ?). As we’ve got our porky products in more stores, it’s been amazing to be able to still experience people’s feedback and reactions first hand at events. There’s nothing as satisfying as having someone come back to your stall to tell you that was the best sausage they’ve ever eaten. We’re particularly proud of how our food menu has evolved at our events, showcasing our product range as it grows, and giving people a taste of the kind of food we love ourselves. If you’re swinging by Winter Wonderland, come try our menu – we’re particularly proud of the Black Treacle Gammon loaded Jolly Dog with sauerkraut and dijon mayo – a tribute to Michel Roux Jr after he said dijon mayo with our sausages was his go-to food!
